The University of Texas has created its own men’s and women’s fragrances – perhaps in an effort to lure new students?

Masik collegiate fragrance has created the brand, “Passionate, Triumphant & Strong” for the school, and says the scents “capture the essence of The University of Texas.”

The simple rectangular bottles are adorned with a logo that is a silhouette of a Texas longhorn cattle.

The school isn’t the first to have its own scents – Masik also produces fragrances for Oklahoma, Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Texas A&M universities.

So what does it smell like?

The fragrance opens with top notes of Bergamot and Ruby Redcurrant. The heart of the fragrance is a floral blend of Orange Blossom, Mimosa and Jasmine. Aromatic Patchouli, Creamy Vanilla and Musks round out the background.
